Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Integrated Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and engagement campaigns for new Pass Benefits. You will define and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to launch new benefits, drive adoption, and ensure members realize value from their Pass membership. Reporting to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, this role collaborates with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to bring consumer insights to life and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new Pass Benefits, including audience segmentation, value proposition development, launch plans, and ongoing sustain efforts
- Partner with Analytics and Research to understand consumer needs and inform impactful campaign strategies
- Build and execute integrated marketing programs to increase awareness, adoption, and retention of Pass Benefits across owned, earned, and in-product channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Strategy & Ops, Engineering, Finance, Creative, Comms) to launch new features and drive adoption
- Develop audience-first messaging and campaigns to increase member engagement and communicate the value of Pass Benefits
- Execute ongoing marketing initiatives (email, paid media, in-app, web) to deepen benefit engagement and retention
- Manage campaign planning, asset creation, and cross-channel execution
- Leverage data and reporting to optimize campaigns, measure impact, and identify new opportunities for adoption and engagement
- Create regular performance reports to share learnings and recommendations with key stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA a plus
- 6+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably consumer products, technology, or subscription/membership programs
- Strong success defining and executing go-to-market strategies and driving measurable adoption
- Experience working cross-functionally to bring new features to market
- Demonstrated success in translating consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies and building data-driven, creative campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and collaborative project management
