Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Located in a vibrant work environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity for those with experience in payroll management to contribute to our company’s success while enhancing their own professional skills.
Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time
– Location: Winneconne, WI
– Pay Rate: $24 to $26/HR
– Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
– Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
– Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
– Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
– Participate in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
– Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
– Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
