We’re seeking a long term contract employee to work as a Parts Planning and Establishment Analyst at a premier automotive client in Farmington Hills, MI. Pay Rate: $31 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday In Office

What’s a typical day as a Parts Planning and Establishment Analyst? You’ll be:
• Maintaining service parts data in the FAST 2000 catalog authoring system for Nissan
• Reviewing and assigning new model service parts numbers, compiling catalogs, and developing parts illustrations from CAD data and reference photos
• Interpreting technical documentation to issue part numbers for kits, assemblies, and non-production components, guiding vendors in the assembly process
• Investigating and resolving technical inquiries from Dealer Parts Information Center and Export customers
• Preparing stock check documentation to validate inventory accuracy
• Evaluating proposals to reduce parts complexity, focusing on technical feasibility, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Prioritizes customer needs by responding promptly and delivering fast, effective solutions.
• Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders
• Demonstrate proficient problem-solving abilities and can develop optimal solutions using various tools
• Proficient in MS Office especially with MS Excel and MS Word
• Can maintain data accuracy and integrity within complex databases
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of national supply and distribution processes, automotive service parts nomenclature, and dealership operations
• Understand the U.S. aftersales market from both business and customer perspectives
