We´re in search of a Quality Assurance Auditor for a manufacturing company at North Kingston, RI
Work type: 100% onsite
Contract: W2 contractor - 1 year
Work schedule: Mon to Fri / 2nd shift: 3 pm – 11 pm
Pay rate: 18.19$ per hour
Summary: As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our mail kits by performing internal audits. Your work is critical to meeting established standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Audits: Audit completed mail kits from the Data Card, Hand Fulfillment, and Auto Inserting departments.

Ensure Compliance: Interpret and apply quality standards, including ISO/CQM and AQL, to all products.

Identify and Report Issues: Use the company’s JAAMS system to document audit results and generate non-conformance reports for management.

Support Production: Provide feedback on errors and assist production teams in managing non-conforming products.

Validate New Products: Assist in the validation of new products and portfolios.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and basic computer and math proficiency.

Work Style: Must be detail-oriented, highly focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands: This role requires frequent use of eyes, ears, hands, and fingers. You should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
