Kelly Services is currently seeking a Validation Engineer position for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.
- Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Validation Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Validation Engineer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
The Validation Engineer will be a key contributor to validating the largest and highest visibility raw material implementation project at Client through successfully leading and supporting the following activities with their cross-functional and Engineering team partners:
- Plans, conducts and manages multiple engineering and material implementation/validation projects across various manufacturing platforms.
- Develops, implements and qualifies material, equipment and/or process enhancements/changes that will aid in qualification of the highest priority material implementation at Client.
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving to deliver innovative solutions.
- Project Management to qualify materials, processes, equipment, systems and/or equipment at Client.
- Root cause analysis for problem solving and improvement of manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems.
- Responsible for all associated project documentation to include those that involve change management and quality system.
- Work with agility to solve unplanned downtime or excessive rejections during protocols to develop solutions to successfully complete validations and testing.
- Performs justification of capital and expense projects for project development of a medium complexity.
Experience:
- Experience working with validations and processing technical documents (DOE/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience of submitting test documentation and managing change requests.
- Experience working with nonconformance investigations and CAPAs
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferably medical devices in an FDA environment
- Experience with general statistical design and analysis of experiments
- Achievement of Six Sigma/Green Belt/Black Belt accreditation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, root-cause analysis and risk assessments with a strong attention to detail are preferred.
- This individual must have the ability to work on their own initiative. Good interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership abilities are required. Project Management experience preferred.
- This individual must be able to work in a multi-discipline matrix environment, with the ability to build strong relationships and support cross-functional partners as a Subject Matter Expert as needed.
- This individual must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously as well as different work schedules as needed by the business.
