Overview
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, components, and products according to specifications while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery as required.

Follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.

Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Meet or exceed daily production goals and deadlines.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment when necessary.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production or workflow issues.

Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing standards.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred but not required.

Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience in assembly within plastic, automotive, or light industrial environments.

Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or work instructions.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to evolving production needs.
