2ND AND 3RD SHIFT ONLY ($18.50-19.00/HOUR)

  • 2ND SHIFT 2:30PM – 10:30PM

  • 3RD SHIFT 10:30PM – 6:30AM

Summary of Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fabricator to offload and form parts that will be supplied to other departments including Weld, Paint, and Kitting areas. 


Essential Duties:

  • Material Handling (Approx. 70%):

    • Offload, form, and deliver materials as needed to support upstream customer functions.


  • Safety & Equipment Maintenance (Approx. 10%):

    • Perform safety checks on fabrication equipment.

    • Maintain cleanliness and oversee safe movement of materials in the department.


  • Process Improvement & Verification (Approx. 10%):

    • Assist with ongoing improvements in processes and workflows.

    • Verify proper configuration and information for components before delivery to customer function.


  • Quality Assurance (Approx. 10%):

    • Perform process quality checks on the 1st and 10th parts as required.

Note: Specific duties may evolve based on changing business needs. Additional duties of comparable complexity may also be assigned.


Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required

Experience:

  • Experience operating standard fabrication equipment and hoists preferred

  • General production experience preferred

  • Will train non-experience individuals with strong work history.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, scales, etc.)

  • Proficiency with hand tools (grinders, DA, sanders, etc.)
