Procore Coordinator – Data Center Construction Project
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a knack for construction project coordination? Join our dynamic project team supporting a major data center build in South Jordan, UT, as a Procore Coordinator! In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll be the central resource for seamless document control, workflow management, and team training on the industry-leading Procore platform. Location: West Jordan
Contract to Perm opportunity: 9-12 months for the current project, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role that supports work remotely around the country
Compensation: competitive hourly rate plus full benefits package
Schedule: Hybrid, can work from home 1-2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain Procore project directories, document logs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, meeting minutes, and change events.

  • Provide training, ongoing guidance, and troubleshooting support to project team members and subcontractors on Procore workflows, tools, and best practices.

  • Monitor and enforce Procore usage compliance across all project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate distribution, uploading, and version control for engineering drawings, specifications, and schedules.

  • Track and organize project correspondence, ensuring accurate and current records.

  • Prepare and issue weekly reports, dashboards, and metrics using Procore tools.

  • Support project management team with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item tracking.

  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and communication through Procore.

  • Maintain data entry and alignment between Procore and other internal systems.

  • Provide general administrative support to the project leadership team as required.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Procore experience, including team training and workflow guidance.

  • Solid understanding of construction project processes (RFIs, submittals, change events, daily logs, etc.).

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable with construction project management software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
