Job Title: Controller
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite; Hybrid potential)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
About the Role:
This is an exciting time to join a growing manufacturing company as a Controller supporting group controllers and manufacturing locations. You’ll lead the monthly close, manage key financial analyses, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to budgeting and audits.
What You’ll Do:

Manage monthly close process and approve journal entries

Support group controllers and manufacturing sites with financial oversight

Review customer margin data and balance sheet reconciliations

Provide monthly variance analysis to management

Participate in annual budgeting and financial/tax audits

Own accounting policies and support process improvements

Lead accounting projects as needed
Who You Are:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-
12+ years progressive accounting experience, manufacturing strongly preferred
-
Strong ERP system and Excel skills
-
Experience with private equity ownership and FP&A systems a plus
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
