Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment and dispatch team. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics, accurate service contract processing, and top-tier customer support.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage order fulfillment and coordinate service activities
- Process entitlement entries and service invoices in Salesforce
- Support the Field Sales team with quotes, reports, and asset data updates
- Track tasks to completion and maintain organized records
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve warranty and service issues
- Provide detailed service history reports and recommend process improvements
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; medical device experience a plus
