Sanitation Technician
Location: Mt. Juliet
Shifts: Monday – Friday
- C Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am | $21.05/hr

What you’ll do:
- Walk and stay active throughout your shift—expect to be busy the whole time!
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas to ensure food safety
- Operate powered cleaning equipment (such as floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, scissor lifts)
- Dispense and handle cleaning chemicals
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Follow safety practices, including wearing PPE and complying with food safety guidelines
- Communicate with team leaders and quality staff about sanitation results or concerns
- Complete accurate shift documentation
Your skills & experience:
- Must be 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to stand and walk for the entire shift, perform repetitive tasks, bend and twist, and lift as needed
- Comfortable working in environments with food allergens (nuts, dairy, grains, peanuts, etc.)
Important to know:
- Frequent exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, moving machinery, and sustained noise
- Personal protective equipment provided and required
- Occasional overtime, weekend or holiday work may be required
