Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: South Easton, MA
Pay Rate: $30-33/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM

Kelly Services has recently partnered with a well-established steel fabrication company to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their office team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction billing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Job Duties:
- Preparing monthly AIA billing and related reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging and contact contractors regarding payments
- Record and post incoming deposits
- Set up new jobs/record all change orders
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Prepare monthly Costing Reports
- Obtain and maintain all Certificates of Insurance with our General Contractors
- Possibility to grow into Human Resources responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Construction/AIA billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
- Prior experience with Quantum billing software is a bonus
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and take direction from others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
