Ready to put your organizational skills and creativity to work? We’re looking for an Administrative – Marketing Assistant to join a professional team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll support clients, keep office operations running smoothly, and contribute to marketing projects that help the firm grow.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients, manage calls, and coordinate schedules.
- Handle client onboarding and engagement documentation.
- Maintain accurate databases and organize confidential records.
- Support marketing efforts including newsletters, social media, and contact lists.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and mail.
- Assist with seasonal projects such as processing returns and client follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of office experience (financial, accounting, or legal background a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Comfortable editing PDFs (Adobe).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
- Prior CPA firm or professional services admin experience a plus
- Exposure to A/R or A/P functions a plus
