What’s a typical day as a UM Support Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Supporting UM prior authorization requests through administrative and data entry work.


  • Using systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira to process requests.


  • Making outbound notification calls to providers and members.


  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation of all requests.


  • Completing mandatory compliance and HiTrust/Security training within the first 3 weeks.


  • Participating in monthly OIG/GSA/OFAC screenings and maintaining records for auditing purposes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).


  • 3–5 years of administrative or data entry experience, preferably in healthcare.


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.


  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.


  • Prior authorization experience with HealthFirst or Anthem (a plus).

  • Employment Type: Contract


  • Shift: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM


  • Pay Rate: $22/hr


  • Must pass a 7-year background check and 5-panel drug screening (including exclusion screenings).
