Job Description – Operations Clerk (1-Day Project)

? Location: Charlotte, NC 28262
? Date: Thursday, October 10th
? Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch; may start at 9:00 AM depending on event instructions)
? Pay: $25.00/hour (paid for 1 full 8-hour day, regardless of actual test length)


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Clerk for a 1-day project. This individual will serve as a proctor for a medical exam simulation. The project involves monitoring a doctor as they complete a test using electronic and plastic materials to create an artificial eye.

There is no patient care, blood, or medical risk involved. This is strictly a controlled test environment, and the Operations Clerk will be responsible for ensuring proper procedure and chain of custody throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a proctor during the exam to ensure compliance and continuity of the testing process.


  • Maintain the chain of custody for both the process and the final product.


  • Capture and submit photos of the completed artificial eye for client review.


  • Deliver the finished product to a local FedEx or UPS location as instructed for final grading.


  • Follow detailed task instructions provided in advance.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions carefully.


  • Dependable and professional, with strong communication skills.


  • Comfortable handling electronics and small plastic components.


  • No prior medical experience required.


Compensation & Schedule

  • $25.00/hour – paid for a full 8-hour day (regardless of actual test length).


  • Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break).


  • Assignment date: Thursday, October 10th.
