Location: Pomona, CA 91766
Pay: $30–31/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Kelly® is currently seeking a seasoned Facilities Technician for a long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire position in Pomona, CA. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Facilities Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will center around general building maintenance and facility upkeep. Key duties include:

Performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems

Handling electrical tasks (including low voltage)

Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
-
Painting, patching, and other interior touch-ups
-
General carpentry, door repairs, and minor locksmith work
-
Maintaining lighting systems and replacing bulbs and ballasts
-
Responding to facility service requests and completing assigned work orders
-
Moving and assembling office furniture and equipment as needed
-
Conducting facility inspections and documenting findings

Supporting the site’s safety and compliance programs
You’d be a great fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or GED
-
Bring 3+ years of building maintenance experience in a commercial or light industrial setting
-
Are skilled in basic electrical (low voltage), plumbing, painting, and general handyman tasks
-
Communicate clearly in English – both written and verbal
-
Are comfortable using computers and facilities maintenance platforms (CMMS)
-
Can safely lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft
-
Work well independently and can coordinate with contractors or vendors when needed

Are reliable, safety-conscious, and professional in appearance and conduct
