Job Opening: Production Assembly Worker
Location: Grand Forks, ND

About the Job:

Pay: $18 – $25 per hour, based on experience

Career Progression

  • Technician Level I (6 months)

  • Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

  • Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Hand fabricates composite parts with precision, especially on small items and in confined spaces.

  • Use work instructions and digital systems

  • Maintains high quality standards while working efficiently, keeping work areas clean and adhering to 6S principles.

  • Adheres to all safety protocols, utilizes proper PPE, completes paperwork, and collaborates with team members as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Stable work history

  • 6 months + of manufacturing or related experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely

  • Able to work quickly and confidently with hands

  • Basic computer skills

Work Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm (OT on Friday)

  • Evening Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am (OT on Friday) 10% pay differential

  • Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 5:30am – 5:30pm (OT during week) 12% pay differential
