Position Title: Client Support Analyst

Position Type: Temp-hire 

Location: TX – Houston, 77060

(On-site | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)


Job Description:

As a Client Support Analyst, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—delivering efficient, professional, and solution-oriented support. From high-volume phone/email communication to coordinating hybrid legal proceedings and assisting with front desk duties, your role is essential to ensuring an exceptional client experience every day.


What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.


  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.


  • Assist at the front desk and support daily office operations.


  • Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and manage document-related tasks.


  • Deliver outstanding client service from start to finish.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience preferred.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.


  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.


  • Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.


Pay Range:

$19 – $21/hour (USD)
Pay is commensurate with experience
