Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Base wage range for both shifts is $17 – $19/hour. Based on Experience!
1st Shift:
M-Th, 5am-3pm(10hrs.), 3am-3pm(12hrs.)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
– Setting up and operating a coating machine to apply solutions to continuous sheet materials while adhering to specific tolerances.
– Loading and unloading rolls of material onto the machine, regulating the speed and solution application.
– Troubleshooting coating problems and collaborating with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Coater/Mixer Trainee role or equivalent experience.
– Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
– Have a strong knowledge of forklift operations and good PC skills (preferred).
