Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Input financial and billing data from supplier invoices into Excel spreadsheets and accounting systems
- Transfer accurate information from paper, scanned, or emailed documents into digital records

- Billing Processing
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Re-bill supplier tariff charges to customers with no markup

- Database & File Management
- Organize and maintain internal files and digital databases for efficient access and record-keeping
- Perform scanning, filing, and general office administrative tasks

- Assist with order entry and customer order processing
- Help arrange shipping and logistics once trained

Essential Skills
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and reviewing supplier/customer billing
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills (e.g., sorting, searching, formatting data in rows/columns)
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and office equipment (scanner, calculator, etc.)
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical Thinking: Spot discrepancies and understand basic billing workflows
- Teamwork: Collaborate with sales staff and other departments effectively
