What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls and processing customer orders

  
  

• Resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues to find the best solutions

  
  

• Documenting customer interactions and tracking call types

  
  

• Following up on inquiries related to orders, shipping, and stock availability

  
  

• Maintaining customer service standards while handling high call volumes

  
  

• Performing additional duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A high school diploma (higher education degree preferred)

  
  

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or hospitality experience

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  
  

• Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in a professional speaking voice

  
  

• Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills

  
  

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations

  
  

• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)

  
  

• Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or SAP (preferred)

  
  

• Knowledge of the optical industry or bilingual skills (French a plus)
