What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
-
Answering incoming calls and processing customer orders
-
Resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues to find the best solutions
-
Documenting customer interactions and tracking call types
-
Following up on inquiries related to orders, shipping, and stock availability
-
Maintaining customer service standards while handling high call volumes
-
Performing additional duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
-
A high school diploma (higher education degree preferred)
-
1+ years of customer service, call center, or hospitality experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in a professional speaking voice
-
Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
-
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
-
Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or SAP (preferred)

Knowledge of the optical industry or bilingual skills (French a plus)
