Production Supervisor
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support our team in meeting safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement goals. You’ll organize, coordinate, and control all resources to achieve targeted results.
Hours (must be able to work both):
- B Shift: 3:00PM–11:00PM
- C Shift: 11:00PM–7:00AM
Pay: $33/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence to manufacturing plans and customer specifications
- Train and empower employees and team leaders
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching as needed
- Identify, control, and communicate operational risks
- Ensure accuracy of production reports
- Manage employee schedules and coverage
- Support quality procedures and process controls
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing/production.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer competency (spreadsheets, charting, documentation)
- Effective communicator with tact and diplomacy
- Willingness to work off shifts and overtime as scheduled
Work Environment: Manufacturing setting. Must wear PPE at all times and be trained on equipment safety. Exposure to varying temperatures.
