Production Machine Operator
Location: Westside Rochester (Near Gates limited Bus line access)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Weekly
Looking for a full-time role where you can build your machine skills and grow with a respected manufacturer? We’re now hiring a Production Machine Operator for a busy print facility near Gates, NY. This position is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude or prior factory experience — and training is provided!
Shift & Pay:
- Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hr based on experience
Weekly pay through Kelly Services
- A Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- B Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Occasional mandatory overtime during peak seasons
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and run cutting equipment for paper, packaging, and print products
- Monitor materials to ensure precise cuts and quality output
- Read and follow job orders to match custom specs
- Perform visual inspections and document production counts
- Assist with labeling, stacking, and packing completed jobs
- Keep your area clean and follow all safety procedures
What You Bring:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Good measuring and math skills (attention to detail is key!)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift
- Reliable transportation (site is not on a bus line)
- Positive attitude and a team-first approach
