Location:
Westside Rochester (Gates- Limited bus line access)

Looking to get hands-on in a growing manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a Machine Operator Assistant for 2nd shift at a leading print production company near Gates/Westside Rochester. No prior machine experience required — just a great work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Mandatory OT may be required during peak times (extra hours = extra pay!)

Pay: Weekly pay through Kelly Services!

  • $18.00–$18.50/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in operating UV printing machines that coat printed products for protection and shine

  • Perform quality checks to ensure color and placement are correct

  • Help with labeling, sorting, and packaging finished goods

  • Keep work area and machines clean and organized

  • Follow production schedules and safety procedures closely

  • Support team leads and troubleshoot minor issues as needed

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful — but not required

  • Comfort standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to read instructions and follow verbal directions

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

  • Reliable transportation
