Print Production Coordinator – B Shift | Rochester, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay
Do you thrive in fast-paced production environments and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? We’re hiring a Print Production Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in Rochester, NY (near the Gates/Westside area). This hands-on support role helps ensure urgent, time-sensitive print orders stay on track — making you a critical part of the team!
Schedule:
- B Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory overtime during peak seasons (extra pay!)
Pay: Weekly pay + temp-to-hire opportunity
- $18.00–$19.00/hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Support high-priority print and packaging orders (overnight, rush, or SLA-based)
- Help ensure orders are sequenced correctly and delivered on time
- Track jobs through the line and assist with job coordination between departments
- Communicate with production leads and supervisors to keep operations flowing
- Perform light quality checks and escalate any order issues
- Help maintain communication between A & B shifts for ongoing jobs
- Follow safety guidelines and support a clean, organized production area
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous manufacturing experience (especially print or bindery) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using basic software tools (Outlook, Excel, job trackers)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift
- Reliable transportation — location is not on limited bus line access
