Plastic Molding Operator – Gates / Westside Rochester Area

We’re looking for plastic molding operators to join our production team near Gates, NY. Whether you have some experience or want to build on what you know, this is a place where you can grow.
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday?Friday)
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday?Thursday)
- Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday?Thursday)
Pay: $17.00 ? $18.50 / hour, depending on shift & experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running molding machines to make plastic parts
- Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards (visual inspections, basic measurements)
- Trimming and cleaning parts as needed
- Packing, labeling, and preparing finished items for shipment
- Keeping your workspace clean and following safety rules
What You’ll Need:
- Some experience with machines, manufacturing, or similar work is helpful (but not strictly required)
- Good attendance, strong work ethic, dependable
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift; lift up to ~50 lbs
- Can follow instructions & quality guidelines accurately
