Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.97/hour

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
• Receiving parts from the dock and placing them into inventory, ensuring precise cycle counting and inventory accuracy
• Utilizing order tickets (physical and electronic) to identify, pick, and transact parts accurately within computer systems
• Conducting daily cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and maintaining accurate bin locations
• Working closely with colleagues to stock, monitor, and audit inventory levels, distribute raw materials, and kit for production
• Operating a pallet jack, consolidating finished goods, and preparing orders for shipping using Kanban practices
• Supporting production, supply chain planning, and shipping teams by performing various material handling functions and other duties as assigned
Top 3 must have skills
• Candidate should have experience with receiving parts from dock and place into inventory.
• Utilize order tickets (physical and electronic) to identify the part to be picked and complete the transaction accurately in the computer system
• Conduct physical inventory which includes accurate counting & quantifying, bin location, and physical location via daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions to perform work duties within safety, quality, and delivery standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and can lift up to 45 lbs
• Possess strong math, communication, time management, and organizational skills
•Can proficiently read, write, and speak English, and have a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Have 2+ years of experience in a Materials Handler or Inventory Control role (preferred)
• Are comfortable working overtime as needed and thrive in a metric/results-driven environment
• Have experience with MRP/ERP systems, computer skills, and data entry
(MS Office or Windows)
