About the Role
Our Market Manager plays a critical role in leading market office operations, sales, and delivery functions. You’ll oversee business strategy, staff management, client relationships, and revenue growth while ensuring consistency with Kelly processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Manage staff, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business.

Oversee market operations to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency.

Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
-
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and profitability goals.

Strong financial acumen with P&L experience</strong>; successfully managed a market between $4M–$10M.

Strategic and operational leadership skills, including team building and effective decision-making.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate across Kelly business units and with senior leaders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.

Minimum 3 years of staffing industry experience with demonstrated success in growing and cultivating market share.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000
