Human Resources Generalist
Location: Pell City, AL (Onsite)
Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (Monday–Friday)
Our client, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a variety of HR functions for hourly employees. This is a hands-on role partnering with supervisors to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment for direct, indirect, and administrative staff
-
Onboarding and orientation for new hires
-
Payroll support and HRIS updates (Paycor a plus)
-
Track training, attendance, and corrective actions
-
Conduct investigations and assist with employee relations
-
Participate in safety initiatives and internal communications
-
Manage benefits enrollment, maintenance, and terminations
Requirements:
-
3+ years HR experience, including HR Generalist responsibilities
-
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/orientations, payroll, and HRIS
-
Skilled in employee relations, conducting investigations, coaching, and progressive discipline
-
Manufacturing experience preferred
