Production Worker
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Contract: 3 Months (Temp-to-Hire opportunity for 2nd or 3rd shift in the future)
Shift Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday
Location: Stow, OH

What a typical day looks like:
-
Perform routine manufacturing tasks for new or existing products following standardized procedures
-
Carry out weighing, mixing, forming, drying, and related steps in the production process
-
Maintain accurate written/electronic documentation throughout the process
-
Submit samples in ERP quality system, test samples, and assist with customer shipping
-
Operate forklift and complete basic maintenance functions under supervision
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S principles
-
Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety protocols
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Possess a forklift license (required)

Bring strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform intermediate math (decimals, fractions, S.I. units)

Demonstrate computer skills (MS Office preferred) and willingness to learn new applications

Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers in verbal and written forms
-
Are adaptable, flexible, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
-
Have 1+ year of work experience (preferred) and/or some post-secondary technical education (preferred)
