This is a DIRECT HIRE position! Enjoy set hours on 1st shift, allowing you to be home every night. This is NOT an Over-The-Road (OTR) job.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering material, as well as warehouse and yard operations, including pulling stock to fill customer orders, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse/yard maintenance and upkeep.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver materials to customers on time with excellent customer service.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Inspect materials for quality.
- Maintain site inventory and assist in audits.
- Stock and transfer materials.
- Assemble and package customer orders.
- Pull orders for delivery and stock transfer.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Enter inventory information into the SIMS system.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Ability Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License and CDL A.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (reading, speaking, and understanding).
- Ability to comply with guidelines and safety expectations.
