Kelly Services is hiring a Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturer and supplier of wire harnesses, cables, and custom components, proudly headquartered in Twinsburg since 1987.

$16 Per Hour (Higher pay with setup experience)

1^st Shift 7 am – 3pm & 2^nd shift 2 pm – 10pm ($1.00 shift differential)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wire cutting equipment
  

• Perform daily micrometer calibrations
  

• Understand and apply knowledge of wire harness
  

• Process and control wire cutting documentation accurately
  

• Complete all required paperwork and follow documentation procedures
  

• Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
  

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  

• Basic math proficiency
  

• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and rulers
  

• Machine setup and operation
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
  

• Must be able to bend, squat, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
