Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Join Our Team as a Direct Hire Test Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Test Technician to join our team in Windsor, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, competitive pay, and a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tests on electronic components and assemblies using test equipment

Troubleshoot and identify defects in components and systems

Document test results and prepare detailed reports

Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing activities
-
Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and engineering staff

Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a test technician or related role
-
Strong understanding of electronic principles and testing methodologies
-
Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
