We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team onsite with a top petrochemical client in Spring, Texas. This is a dynamic contract role supporting a fast-paced HR team.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Onsite, Spring, Texas
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $34/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage interview scheduling requests via ticketing system, ensuring completeness and prompt follow-up.

  • Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) by coordinating availability with candidates, interviewers, and executive assistants.

  • Communicate confirmations and updates to stakeholders and keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records current.

  • Provide day-of support for scheduling conflicts or issues, troubleshooting autonomously and promptly notifying all parties.

  • Coordinate candidate travel and campus access when needed.

  • Schedule post-interview debrief meetings and maintain accurate ATS logs.

Universal Best Practices:

  • Respond to candidate and client emails promptly and professionally.

  • Keep all parties informed regarding next steps and timelines.

  • Minimize unused interview time and escalate issues as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and ensure backup coverage for workflow continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3-10 years of HR Coordinator experience (required)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
