Job details
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team for one of our clients. This position is full time, temp-hire. Pay rate is between $20-22 per hour, located in Hingham, MA. 1st & 2nd shifts available, 5am-5pm & 5pm-5am. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process. This role requires adherence to safety standards, production schedules, and quality control procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications and safety standards
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions or issues
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep work area clean and organized
