Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd shift | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

What you’ll do:
As a Lab Technician, you’ll support various steps of the manufacturing process, including:

  • Preparing work orders for chromatography column packing

  • Assembling products and maintaining stock levels

  • Supplying solvents and hardware as needed

  • Manufacturing security guard cartridges of different types and sizes

  • Recycling failed columns according to procedures

You’ll also be cross-trained and rotated across key departments:

  • Material Room: Weigh and label materials; pick and order empty column assemblies

  • Product Assembly: Assemble column hardware (end fittings, frits, tubing)

  • Recycling: Unpack and recycle columns per procedure

This job could be a great fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED

  • Bring 1+ year of lab operations or related experience

  • Excel at analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

  • Can follow written instructions (SOPs) for critical processes

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through timely transactions and cycle counts
