What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Coordinator I You will:
- Customer Coordination & Support
- Act as a point of contact for internal and field project management teams for EEC Si demonstrations and customer visits.
- Coordinate and schedule customer events and meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging meals, coordinating facility tours, and managing schedules.
- Greet and assist customers and internal Motorola teams during visits.
- Handle aspects of facility management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Respond to general inquiries related to visit logistics and materials
- Marketing & Presentation Support
- Assist with updating organizational brochures and marketing materials.
- Support in generating presentations and marketing videos.
- Administrative Tasks
- Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.) to manage tasks and communication.
- Perform various support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- 1–2 years of experience working directly with customers in a face-to-face, coordination, or administrative role.
- Experience scheduling and organizing customer-facing events or visits.
- Must have stable work history</strong>; long-term assignment, so reliability is important.
- Ability to work independently within 30 days of onboarding.
- Must be local to the job site (100% onsite role)
