- Shift: 1st shift, 7am-3.30pm MON-FRI
What’s a typical day as an Analytical Lab Technician?
- Prepare formulation samples and conduct analyses using advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, LC/GC/MS).
- Support scientists by accurately executing experimental protocols and maintaining rigorous data integrity.
- Carry out both quantitative and qualitative analyses to ensure high-quality results.
- Assist in the development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Document results, maintain lab notebooks, and generate reports in compliance with best practices.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Uphold and promote strict safety standards in all laboratory activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, LC/GC/MS instrumentation and related software is highly desirable.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and ethical laboratory practices.
- Demonstrated teamwork, drive, and enthusiasm for scientific research.
