We’re looking to interview and hire immediately! Kelly Services is seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant for a well branded manufacturing customer in Homer City PA. This position is 20-hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm, and Pay Rate $25/HR.

Pay Rate: $25/HR
Position: Contract to Direct Hire and/or Full Time
Time to Fill: ASAP
Job Duties:
- Support internal HR team with administrative work responsibilities
- Maintain records and reports, scan and archive departmental files
- Keep accurate employee documents regarding policies, compliance, benefits, and HR personnel needs
- Compile and update employee records
- Update records using company databases and In-House software systems
- Assist with phone calls, emails, work with Outlook and Excel, and possible PowerPoint for presentations
- Provide timely and professional HR support and maintain day-to-day operations in the department
Requirements and Preferences for the role:
- High School diploma/GED and HR collegiate coursework is a plus
- 1-year of proven Human Resources work or HR internship experience
- Skilled using MS Outlook and Excel and able to quickly learn new software programs
- Will consider current college students with HR or closely related business studies
- Able to work daily part-time hours as scheduled
- Must be a team player with strong written/verbal communication skills
