Receiving Supervisor – 1st Shift | DIRECT HIRE
Location: Durant, MS
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: $70,000–$82,000/year

What You’ll Do
- Champion safety across the facility and lead incident investigations
- Supervise receiving clerks and material handlers
- Promote cross-training and workforce versatility
- Support continuous improvement and value stream initiatives
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and hiring
- Drive cost control and process efficiency
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Perform root cause analysis and nonconformance investigations
- Additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- AA or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification or trainer credentials (highly desirable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
