Receiving Supervisor – 1st Shift | DIRECT HIRE
Location: Durant, MS
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm 
Salary: $70,000–$82,000/year
FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE 


What You’ll Do

  • Champion safety across the facility and lead incident investigations

  • Supervise receiving clerks and material handlers

  • Promote cross-training and workforce versatility

  • Support continuous improvement and value stream initiatives

  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment and hiring

  • Drive cost control and process efficiency

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Perform root cause analysis and nonconformance investigations

  • Additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • AA or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing

  • Forklift certification or trainer credentials (highly desirable)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards

  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
