Job Title: Medical Administrator/Receptionist
Location: London, ON
Duration: 6–8 weeks
Pay Rate: $24/hour + 4% vacation pay

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Medical Administrator/Receptionist to support our client, a respected healthcare organization in London, Ontario. This is a temporary 6–8 week assignment—a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking to continue growing within the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and patients.

  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments, including handling cancellations and scheduling conflicts.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare staff.

  • Provide administrative support such as preparing and running reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and prior healthcare background considered an asset.
