Customer Service Representative
Location: Virtual (Preferred within CT, MA, NH, Upstate NY, VT, or ME. Local office in Manchester, NH.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $20.00/hour
About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality customer support across sales, promotions, installations, and communications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring positive customer relationships while handling claims and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Data Entry
- Accurately process all PO entries
- Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete data submissions.
- Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage inquiries.
- Follow up with hospitals to collect purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
Validate Surgery Product Usage
- Confirm accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases.
- Assist Sales Representatives with product usage discrepancies and pricing questions.
Replenishment
- Process replenishment orders for surgery product usage cases using appropriate platforms.
- Verify lot code reservations and resolve discrepancies.
- Validate ship-to and replenishment locations in coordination with sales and operations teams.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives, providing product and case information.
- Support data entry
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and Teams.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues when appropriate.
Customer Support Services
- Act as the customer-facing voice, offering creative solutions to customer issues.
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Deliver proactive updates on order status to support billing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or billing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
- Located within the branch territory (CT, MA, NH, Upstate NY, VT, ME).
