Pay Rate: $22/hr W2
Full Benefits + Paid Time Off
Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
This role is a part of a team that is responsible for all manufacturing, distribution, screening, and service repairs. This role focuses on the building and deployment of systems per customer specifications. Technical knowledge required, triage and debug experience preferred.
Job Overview:
- Safely and accurately assemble pre-production systems.
- Flash required firmware.
- Interface with BIOS and OS interface on both Windows and Linux.
- Basic Diagnose and triage of malfunctioning systems.
- Able to triage hardware/software failures with guidance from lead.
- Validate health of incoming silicon or components/recording and reporting results.
- Replace any identified bad major component(s) on a system.
- Packing and shipping systems and peripherals to other facilities.
- Deliver completed and repaired systems to onsite customers.
- Accurately record and track all assigned materials and inventory.
- Learn new ERP software and procedures.
- Collect unneeded/retired hardware and process as needed per database requests.
- Disassemble/sort/scrap systems and peripherals safely as instructed by customer.
- Flex and assist to other domains to support team’s overall deliverables.
- Lift / Carry 40 pounds and standing 80%, sitting 20%.
Requirements:
- Strong hardware skills and OS is a must.
- Familiar with/experienced building a computer.
- Understand components of a computer.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Linux OS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other Microsoft 365 apps.
- Attention to detail when processing information.
- Able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
- Able to stand 80% of the time.
