Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: $26/hr – $29/hr
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Join our team as a Maintenance Repair Technician and play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial mail sorting equipment. We value self-motivated individuals who constantly seek to improve practices, reduce equipment downtime, and increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment, including conveyor machines, PLC systems, mail sorters, and printers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electromechanical production equipment (conveyor systems, belt/pulley systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, motors, photo-eyes, relays, drive assemblies, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.).
- Conduct installations and deliver timely response to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
- Utilize inventory, PM schedules, and work order systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain spare parts and supply inventory using EAM.
- Evaluate and assess equipment problems, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
- Use a tablet to track assigned work, machine downtime, and inventory usage.
- Additional duties as required.
- Strong experience servicing conveyor machines, PLC systems, and a variety of industrial electromechanical equipment.
- Proficient in using a multi-meter or other electronic testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals, and parts diagrams.
- Familiarity with Windows PC environments, particularly relating to the operation of automated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting equipment, reading schematics, setting priorities, and working under deadline pressure.
