Kelly Services is seeking a qualified Weekend 1st shift, Heat Treat Specialist to work at Pratt and Whitney in Midland, Georgia. 1 year of Machine Operator, Manufacturing & Heat Treat experience required to apply.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay!
Shift:
- Weekend 1st shift – Friday thru Sunday – 6:00am-6:30pm
- Work all 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Essential Functions:
- Build heat-treat loads for the operator
- Break down loads for the operator
- Read and follow standard work and verbal instructions
- Locate support rings and iron crosses in the cell to run parts
- Engage in cross-functional communication with other teams to complete department tasks
- Maintain the cell area and keep it and the surrounding work area clean and organized
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirement.
- Perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
- Ability to work written and verbal instructions
- Machine Operation and Manufacturing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen
- Reliable Transportation
