Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm (Mon–Fri, with occasional overtime) — $18.75/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Mon–Fri, with occasional overtime) — $19.75/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am (Sun–Thu, with occasional overtime) — $19.50/hr

Equipment Operator
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating powered and non-powered distribution center equipment, including stand-up forklifts, walkies, reach trucks, pacers, crowns, clamps, high-reach trucks, pallet jacks, and shuttle-based order picking equipment. This role requires consistent handling of cases weighing 50+ lbs. and may involve working at elevated heights up to 65 feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to move materials throughout the distribution center.
- Perform pallet picks, case picks, pallet building, and load cases onto conveyors.
- Operate shuttle-based order picking equipment to store inventory into racking at elevated heights.
- Operate baling equipment and maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensuring work areas are free of debris.
- Consistently lift and move cases weighing 50+ lbs.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of forklift or powered equipment experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is required.
- Proficiency in operating stand-up equipment (forklifts, walkies, reach trucks, pacers, etc.).
- Ability to safely work at heights up to 65 feet.
- Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
