Kelly is partnering with a Premier Customer in Cato, NY and we are hiring Production Associates!
Hours: 1st shift 4am, 7am, & 8:30am start times | 2nd shift 2:45pm – 11pm | 3rd shift 11pm – 7:30am
Pay: 1st shift $17.00/hour | 2nd shift $18.50/hour | 3rd shift $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and packaging of food product
- Operate production line equipment (training provided)
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Perform rework and repackaging as needed
- Feed product onto line, preventing stoppages
- Reload product onto conveyors
- Stack finished cartons onto pallets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
