Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Multiple Shifts & Pay Rates Available
• Shift 401: $19.50/hr (Mon-Wed/Thu, 6am-6pm)
• Shift 402: $20.67/hr (Mon-Wed/Thu, 6pm-6am)
• Shift 403: $19.50/hr (Thu/Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm)
• Shift 404: $22.43/hr (Thu/Fri-Sun, 6pm-6am)
• 1st Shift: $21.26/hr (Thu/Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm)
• 2nd Shift: $22.43/hr (Thu/Fri-Sun, 6pm-6am)

What’s a typical day as Assembler? You’ll be:
• Manually placing parts on circuit boards according to detailed instructions and workmanship standards
• Labeling and assembling electronic components and subassemblies
• Inspecting parts visually for proper placement and insertion
• Using barcode scanners and small hand tools for assembly operations
• Handling and marking assemblies/components accurately
• Maintaining progress reports and restocking part bins as needed
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized in line with 5S standards
• Adhering to company safety, health, and security policies
• Reporting to the production supervisor and assisting with other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring one to three months of related experience or training (preferred, but not required)
• Are able to obtain and maintain required job-related certifications
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Possess basic PC skills and can operate Windows-based software
• Are comfortable with standardized, repetitive tasks and can read instructions/visual aids
• Can perform basic math—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions
• Are able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. (assistance required above this limit)
• Can work regular business hours, with some overtime or travel (up to 25%) possible
