Pay Rate: $25/HR | Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Hybrid: 3 days in-office

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading filtration solutions manufacturer in Nashville. This hybrid role is perfect for professionals with strong customer service experience who want to thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via phone, email, and in person.

• Approve resolutions for service or billing issues and escalate when necessary.

• Document interactions, analyze credits, and manage data entry.

• Support logistics, international shipping, and creating manifests.

• Assist with sales of new or additional services as appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years of customer service experience.

Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

• Strong technical, data entry, and professional skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, logistics, and shipping is a plus.
