Together we change lives.
At Kelly, we’re passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles to make a lasting impact—for our clients, candidates, and our community. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a results-driven, people-oriented Recruiter who is bilingual in Spanish and eager to deliver top-tier talent solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, focusing on industrial/warehouse roles across multiple geographies.

  • Proactively source, attract, and engage both passive prospects and active candidates using job boards, Bullhorn ATS, and creative talent strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers—understanding role needs and ensuring fair, consistent, and equitable hiring practices.

  • Conduct check-ins with candidates at client sites, including early-morning (5:30am) visits in La Vergne.

  • Travel to client locations within a 75-mile radius as needed for onboarding and relationship management.

What You Bring:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • 2+ years experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting within an agency setting, specifically for industrial/warehouse roles.

  • Ability to rapidly pick up new tasks and systems—you’re a fast learner who can adapt in the moment.

  • Customer-focused mindset and exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.

  • High resilience, urgency, and action-orientation—comfortable meeting goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities; able to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Superior communication and listening skills.

  • Reliable transportation—willingness to travel up to 75 miles for client/candidate engagement.

You’ll join a team that values your expertise and celebrates inclusive, collaborative, and caring culture. We offer a competitive total compensation package and benefits, with a focus on your professional and personal well-being.
